Sales Support Specialist

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance of 5~6 Tire1 customers

2. Assist new projects and quotation

3. Update new forecast

4. Update and maintain contract prices

5. Confirm the cause of the forecast anomaly with the customer

6. Assist to confirm the data of demantra

7. Organize and maintain relevant PN

8. Process approval of DOA and system to creat new samples

9. Apply for CDM/PAD/SS/Price validity and so on

10. Maintain and update customer information.

11. Involve in meetings and others leader requested.

Requirements:
1. Mindset
• Customer orientation, result focus
• Responsible with supportive attitude
• Team player with positive attitude

2. Working Experience
• 3 year+ working experience

3. Communications
• Fruitful experience to communicate with customer
• Experience to communicate with colleagues
