Provide support to the manufacturing process, by improving the process helping in the solution of problems and the implementation of improvements in it, in order to optimize resources and product quality.

Job Description

· Analyzing the problems that arise in the production line.

· Confirming the existence of problems.

· Proposing solutions and carrying them out after consultation and authorization with the quality and process engineer.

· Performing test set up and data collection; statistically analyze and summarize engineering data collected from experiments and durability testing

· Working in teams to provide the required support effort for successful failure analysis completion, and continuously improving processes and design methods

· Reporting the results of the failure analysis.

Experience / Qualifications
•Associate degree with 4-6 years of experience, or at least 6 years equivalent work experience •Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
