Develop traditional/AI AOI to replace visual inspection, meanwhile combine with manual/semi automation stations for high automation development.

General Responsibilities
• Key participant in electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Key participant in dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts
• Organizes rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with vendor and operation to analyze manual visual inspection about failure modes standardization and simplification, optimize SPEC based on quality and AOI capability.
  • Cooperate with vendor for machine development, including AOI and mechanical design.
  • Lead PM for automation from kickoff, fabrication, FAT, SAT to mass production. Support technical breakthrough and resource arrangement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, automation and relative major, 3 years of related working experience is needed.
  • Experience in AOI/automation project management and good teamwork spirit.
  • Lean/6 sigma knowledge and English writing/speak skill are plus.
