The Service Sales Account Manager – O&M position supports the Dynapower aftermarket service organization (AMS) and is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of service agreements with Dynapower's key account customers. The objective of this role is to ensure that Dynapower AMS delivers impeccable customer service and meets its service agreement obligations to its customers. Duties include the day-to-day coordination of all parties involved, both internal and external, and being the primary interface supporting key account customers with service agreements.

General Responsibilities

  • Key participant in selling the organization’s products or services to, and maintains relationships with, typically one to three existing key country accounts.
  • Collaborates on sales activities for assigned named country accounts, rather than an assigned territory.
  • Point-of-contact for sales managers for account regardless of account’s geographic location.
  • Collaborates on expansion and development on a global or international account and providing customer service
  • Organizes strategies for strategic accounts and ensures the strategy is executed.

Experience / Qualifications

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Additional Responsibilities

  • Acts as the owner of the service agreement document(s) and is familiar with all aspects of the commercial terms and execution requirements, and supports Dynapower and customer stakeholders in situations where a reference to the agreement is required.
  • Supports the handover from Service Sales to Service Operations following the execution of a new service agreement.
  • Analyzes and reviews preventative maintenance reports and field service reports prior to submission to the customer to ensure a high-quality deliverable.
  • Tracks and logs exclusion events to support accurate contractual availability performance reporting. Validates and tracks contractually required documentation for qualification in exclusion event categories.
  • Coordinates the internal activities required to satisfy Dynapower contractual obligations, including but not limited to scheduling of site engagements, including those pertaining to preventative maintenance, third party warranty administration, warranty fulfillment and similar site engagements.

Additional Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred
  • Working experience from a power electronics and/or renewable energy equipment manufacturer preferred

Travel

This position requires up to 15% domestic, overnight travel. Periodic international travel may be required. Remote candidates will be expected to travel to company headquarters approximately once per quarter.

Base Salary Range:

$80,884.00 - $111,215.50
