  • Understand the regulatory framework in the various trading deals and in operating units in Europe and “translate” the requirements to provide close monitoring of Shell’s compliance position.

Tasks performed by the successful candidate, include:

  • Monitor and chase for missing Sustainability Documents.

  • Manage the accuracy of sustainability data entry into systems and be accountable for the allocation of sustainability documents to counterparties within the rules of the certification system.

  • Optimize the sustainability documents allocation to ensure consistent and traceable supply of sustainability documents whilst maximizing the E2E value and complying with customs, tax, and Bio regulations per country.

  • Execute bio-ticket trading deals and act as the single point of contact for the Trader. Responsible for liaising with different teams.

  • Monitor sustainability performance and report information and data for business requirements.

  • Provide support to different stakeholders on the regulations and insight into the sustainability data.

  • Handle basic issues in consultation with others, while foreseeing and minimizing potential problems in cooperation with other departments and individuals.

What we need from you?

The LCF business is subject to ongoing changes to meet the more and more stringent requirements set by the local regulators in each country. Being able to cope with fast pace and staying on top of regulatory changes and how these translate into day-to-day Operations are key.

Knowledge of the end-to-end value chain of hydrocarbons is essential. Effective communication with various stakeholders, ability to influence and effective teamwork with internal stakeholder is critical.

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated with self-starter mentality, strong team player

  • Knowledge level competency and experience in Operations and Supply

  • Analytically savvy and attention to detail

  • Good IT skills to be able to setup, maintain and troubleshoot models and future IT systems that will be implemented.
