Research and Development is responsible for developing deep scientific and technical expertise, novel process development, product development and experimentation capability. What’s the role?

We’ll entrust you to/with:

  • Leading, Management and control of projects in the field of new construction, conversion and extensions. Consider the technical and safety standards of Shell and German laws

  • Medium voltage systems (6kV -10kV)

  • Low-voltage Systems

  • Process plants

  • Interface management and coordination of the planning process Support and advice for maintenance at the infrastructure

  • Participation in committees for strategy implementation

  • Support internal departments on the introduction and use of new electrotechnical technologies and new electrotechnical components

What we need from you

  • Degree in electrical engineering, preferably energy engineering

  • Several years of practical work experience in a comparable position

  • Electrotechnical vocational training desirable

  • Concrete experience in the field of medium and low voltage switchgear

  • Expert knowledge of the products and systems of energy technology

  • Knowledge of the construction process and operation of networks and plants as well as project management

  • Knowledge in the relevant rules and regulations, and its country-specific implementations for Germany

  • Knowledge in Explosion protection

  • In-depth knowledge of DIN and VDE regulations

  • Business fluency in German and English

  • High sense of responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs; you are result-oriented
