What is the role?
1. To conduct lab testing, analysis and release for component, bulk intermediate, and finished product, to ensure products quality meeting Shell standard, customer and legislative requirement.
对原料、过程样品和成品样品进行实验室测试、分析和放行，以确保产品质量符合壳牌标准、客户和法规要求。
2. Report any abnormal test data and any abnormal lab equipment performance timely and solve problem with advice from quality supervisor and quality manager.
及时报告任何异常测试数据和异常实验室设备性能，并在质量主管和质量经理的建议下解决问题。
3. Keep lab records properly and keep lab clean and tidy and maintain lab at high 5S standard.
妥善保存实验室记录，保持实验室干净整洁、处于高5S标准。
4. Conduct formulation lab trial as per instruction from Quality Supervisor.
根据质量主管的指示进行实验室配方调试和开发。
5. Conduct lab equipment daily maintenance, regular calibration, testing methods updated。
对实验室设备进行日常维护、定期校准、测试方法更新。
What we need from you?
1. College diploma or above in chemistry related field 化学相关专业大专以上学历
At least 3 years working experience in chemical lab testing field.
三年以上化学实验室测试工作经验者优先。
2. HSSE awareness and risk assessment knowledge. 有安全意识和基本风险评估知识。
3. Proven testing instrument usage skill. Be familiar with quality analytical tools.
具备实验室设备操作技能，熟悉质量分析工具。
4. Digitally data sensitive, be responsible and accountable.
对数据敏感，有责任心。
5. Knowledge in ISO9001 /ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 and IATF16949，including Core Tools, Process method and Customer Specific Requirements etc.
了解ISO9001质量管理体系/ ISO 14001环境管理体系/ ISO 45001职业健康与安全管理体系;
了解IATF16949知识，包括核心工具、过程方法及客户特定要求等。
6. Sound English reading/writing and PC skill。
具备英文读写能力，熟练操作办公软件。
7. Communication and problem-solving skill.
沟通能力， 问题解决能力。
