Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly performance reports (Sales-Opex-KPI, KPQ, Forecast etc) and all ad-hoc financial &operational reports requested by the management and sales team
  • Analyzing financial data (P&Ls, sales & operating reports) and KPIs
  • Supporting the preparation and updating monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc business presentations to high standards
  • Supporting the preparation of reports/analysis by taking part in the business development projects
  • Transforming the business to enable better decision-making through the usage of advanced analytics.
  • Communicating outcome of analyses done using complex data sets or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower the business team to drive action based on the insights you derive.
  • Leading big data with proper IT tools
  • Additionally, Business Analyst will be responsible for the pricing and the performance management of new NFR products; Shell FiloPlatform, Services on the Road, AdBlue and Car Wash.
  • New EV offer will be implemented for B2B in 2024. BA will cover all the pricing and invoicing process of the new offer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / Masters in quantitative degree (Engineering, Statistics, Operation Research, Systems Engineering, Decisions Sciences, Applied Math, Economics etc.)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong analytical skills and solid numerical and strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent PC skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access knowledge is required. Macro and visual basic knowledge is a plus.
  • Able to handle stress with full dedication to work in a challenging, multinational, complex and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
