  • Experience Leading software development efforts for large scale web applications, including a deep understanding of MVP guiding product development from inception to deployment using Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience with understanding of software lifecycle (previous software/cloud dev experience preferred)
  • Experience with planning/executing technical goals against tight deadlines and shifting targets
  • Industry experience (5+) in healthcare or financial services

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate and communicate frequently with a diverse array of stakeholders and client departments to ensure coordination bringing the product strategy and vision together. Enable communication and transparency throughout the product lifecycle while effectively managing team and stakeholder expectations
  • Build product roadmaps and prioritize tangible benefits to achieve the strategic goals and initiatives behind the client’s product
  • Act as a conduit seeking to understand customer and user data using strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills that drive effective solutions
  • Lead product demonstrations and feedback sessions for customers as well as stakeholders. Participate in iteration planning sessions, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
  • Advise and guide cross-functional delivery teams within agile based environments on ways of working that improve the delivery of value by turning customer and user data into actionable product strategy
  • Own gathering, understanding, and documenting of technical needs / ensure alignment with delivery expectations
  • Manage trade off decisions on features or product
  • Participate in post-launch reviews and ensure feedback is reincorporated into the feature
