We are actively seeking a Client Partner with state government experience in the Carolina’s area. You will be tasked with representing all of Slalom's services (Customer Engagement, Data & Analytics, Technology Enablement, Strategy & Operations, Delivery Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness) within Slalom's Public Sector portfolio, which includes State & Local Government, Non-Profits, & Education. In addition, you will set strategic direction, deliver solutions, drive sales, help with recruiting, account management, and operational aspects of your book of business.

Title: Director, Client Partner

What You’ll Do

  • Direct Revenue responsibility of $6MM+
  • Responsible for profitability of assigned NC/SC regional accounts (revenue and utilization goals)
  • Seek opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom offerings
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements
  • Drive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the vertical
  • Develop & deliver best practices, delivery templates, POV papers
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys (where applicable)
  • Involved with local, regional , and global strategy initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of management/leadership experience; at least 8 from large scale consulting and/or professional services
  • Industry expertise in State Government is required
  • Sophisticated project delivery experience including all aspects of project/program management
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and tactfully across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent negotiation, ability to work through adversity problem solving & decision making skills
  • Consistent track record of client/employee satisfaction

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $X to $Y and the targeted base salary range is $X to $Y [or can include just $X when including both the base and targeted]. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
