Role: ESG Leader - Sustainability

Target Level: Principal or Senior Principal

What You'll Do

  • Lead Sustainability/ESG initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Define sustainability strategy, prepare for ESG disclosures, and/or advise on sustainability data and technology.
  • Develop and execute roadmaps.
  • Drive business development for ESG opportunities across markets, carrying a $1M-$2.5M sales target.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of Slalom’s ESG capabilities through a combination of strategy, sales, delivery, and expansion of service offerings.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive consulting leader experience with a passion for helping companies accelerate their sustainability journey.
  • Expertise in a range sustainability/ESG topics such as emissions inventory, reporting and disclosures, LCAs, etc.
  • Ability to navigate new ESG topics and methodologies with agility.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity in a dynamic business/regulatory environment.
  • Creative problem-solving for client challenges and broad industry knowledge.
  • Strong sales management background, with a passion for consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Ability to readily establish credibility and build/foster relationships with client leadership teams.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for Principal is $122,000 to $225,000 and the target base salary pay range is $165,000 to $185,000. The base salary range for Senior Principal is $140,000 to $258,000 and the target base salary pay range is $185,000 to $210,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
