This role is Vancouver based and the successful candidate would need to reside within the Vancouver area to be considered.
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Sales Executive to join our vibrant Vancouver team!
Our sales team is a powerhouse of experienced sellers who excel in penetrating their industries and have a proven track record in selling professional services. They are brand evangelists, passionate about technology, and creative problem solvers. Our team members thrive on building relationships across enterprise or mid-market local-based accounts, leveraging their deep network of established C-level connections. They are strong listeners, adept at supporting teams in pursuits, and aligning with client agendas. Driven by results, they are ambitious to grow a well-managed, profitable book of business in advisory and technology delivery opportunities.
So, what will I do?
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $119k to $154k. In addition, there is potential for a discretionary quarterly bonus of up to 31% and annual discretionary bonus of up to 31% of base salary, based on individual and company performance. Upon exceeding your Annual Revenue Quota, you are eligible to be considered for an additional Accelerator Bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

So, what will I do?
- Achieve $5 million+ in annual revenue targets, quarterly sales targets, and MBOs.
- Manage a client or set of clients, focusing on pipeline creation and forecasting.
- Execute disciplined lead management, opportunity qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal commitment.
- Drive activity in partnership with account, practice, and alliance leaders.
- Collaborate with alliance partners such as Salesforce, AWS, and Microsoft.
- Develop and share compelling sales collateral.
- Lead and negotiate SOWs and MSAs as part of the overall account team.
- 10+ years of outside sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to enterprise British Columbia-based clients.
- Proven track record of selling professional services, digital transformation, or cloud-based solutions.
- Experience meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets of $5 million+.
- Preference for experience working with technology partners like Salesforce, AWS, or Microsoft.
- Previous experience leading sales cycles with C-level technology and business executives.
- Organized, methodical, and skilled in prioritization and negotiation.
- Expertise in leading teams through complex technology solution sales.
