The Senior Analyst, Talent Fulfillment, is part of Slalom's Allshore (Nearshore, Offshore, Digital Shore) Core Program team. You will work with teams across multiple geographies and capabilities within Slalom, a great opportunity to impact many areas of our business.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner across multiple teams to track staffing demand for our Allshore team
  • Work with engagement teams to understand and document skills, technologies, and role requirements
  • Participate in pipeline meetings and represent available talent from delivery partners
  • Understand gaps in talent supply, or skillsets in high demand, and represent needs back to delivery partners
  • Be a steward of the subcontractor staffing process & onboarding process including understanding of subcontractor agreements, SOWs, and other contractual agreements
  • Engage with external delivery partner teams to fill open roles
  • Facilitate scheduling of delivery partner candidates with engagement teams
  • Review and give feedback on resumes submitted by the delivery partner
  • Manage necessary follow ups and actions necessary to meet deadlines and staff projects on time
  • Document and track nuances from account to account such as country restrictions, laptop requirements, background checks, and other requirements
  • Continuously evaluate staffing and operational processes and identify areas for improvement including automation
  • Represent the Slalom culture in a positive light, always working with a customer service attitude

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in a recruiting, operations, or resourcing role
  • Highly collaborative and solution oriented; people and solution-focused
  • Proven ability to exercise high degree of confidentiality and objectivity
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills and experience in MS Excel and Salesforce CRM
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Curiosity
  • Ability to deliver feedback in a concise, actionable way
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, start-up environment

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $77,000 to $105,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
