As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Slalom, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by attracting and hiring top talent across various capabilities. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with recent experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Salesforce leaders and stakeholders across the Americas to support the expansion of our team in Colombia. Your expertise in general technology recruitment will also be essential as you contribute to the development of other teams in the country, including those focused on Data, Cloud, Product Engineering, and Design.

Additionally, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, enhance our brand presence in the country, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise will be vital in shaping our talent strategy and aligning it with Slalom's dynamic culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates in the Salesforce ecosystem and related fields.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to further build and refine our LATAM talent strategy, with a specific focus on Colombia, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Cultivate a strong employer brand by building robust candidate pipelines and engaging with talent communities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Lead and mentor other recruiters, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Business level fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on recruiting in the Salesforce ecosystem or similar technology space.
  • Experience operating in a metric driven, production environment.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Colombian market and cultural nuances in recruitment.
  • Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience operating in a metric-driven, production environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in using recruitment technologies and platforms to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
