As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Slalom, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by attracting and hiring top talent across various capabilities. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with recent experience hiring for all disciplines of engineering (software, quality, devOps, etc.). In this role, you will work closely with technology leaders and stakeholders across the Americas to support the expansion of our teams in Mexico. Your expertise in general technology recruitment will also be essential as you contribute to the development of other teams in the country, including those focused on Data, Cloud platforms, customer strategy and design.
Additionally, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, enhance our brand presence in the country, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise will be vital in shaping our talent strategy and aligning it with Slalom's dynamic culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-quality technical candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to further build and refine our LATAM talent strategy, with a specific focus on Mexico, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Cultivate a strong employer brand by building robust candidate pipelines and engaging with talent communities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Lead and mentor other recruiters, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Business level fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on recruiting in the technology space.
- Experience operating in a metric driven, production environment.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the Mexico market and cultural nuances in recruitment.
- Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships.
