We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow a strong, profitable book of business. This role involves developing tailored business plans and executing a consistent sales strategy. We're looking for someone who thrives in a people-centric culture and is passionate about expanding Slalom’s presence through trusted client partnerships and bold ideas.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead activity in partnership with account and practice teams, working closely with the Slalom Technology partners which include Strategy, Transformation, Data, Cloud, Build and Salesforce functions.
- Lead and drive activity to originate new Senior Executive client relationships
- Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new long-term accounts and relationships for Slalom.
- Meet with broad set of buyers within a territory to learn more about client initiatives and represent Slalom capabilities.
- Create and sustain a diverse book of business among offerings and accounts.
- Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forward-looking forecast while collaborating with Account and Practice leaders.
- Host and facilitate Slalom marketing events.
- Mentor other sellers within the market including the sales, account, partner and practice teams.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Proven sales experience within technology; collaborates with clients & alliance partners, to ensure growth for their business.
- Multiple years of sales experience within Professional Services or Industry
- Proven experience in creating, managing and execution of a complete sales cycle.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and thrive in creating and establishing new contacts, and opportunities for Slalom and local networks.
- Strong relationship focus with process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual & in-person teams.
- Budget and deal management experience, including relationship management, scoping, solutioning, pricing and contracting of new engagements.
- Experienced in building relationships across the business including CXOs and business decision-makers.
- Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales
