What You’ll Do
The Solution Lead is responsible for managing high-impact solutions within Slalom’s prioritized Customer outcomes. Focuses on the full lifecycle of the solution, from development and GTM strategy to successful delivery and Customer satisfaction. As the expert for this solution, the Solution Lead ensures its alignment with Customer needs, drives continuous improvement, and monitors market relevance to support Slalom’s growth objectives and maximize ROI.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $160,000 to $240,000.In addition, individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of 20%. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Do

- Contribute to the overall growth of Slalom’s Adaptive Organization Outcome through capability-based research development with contributions from other Slalom teams.
- Partner with experts across Slalom to establish executive forms for senior HR/Talent/Learning positions and create space for Slalom to have presence at notable professional organization forums.
- Lead the generation of standardized global approaches for future capabilities, and niche needs (e.g., organizational network analysis, natural language processing applied to employee sensing techniques, psychometric tools development).
- Lead our perspective around technology advances and the workforce and organization implications (e.g., Generative AI). Specific organization implications such as: operating model, talent optimization, job architecture, skills-centric strategy, performance management, career framework, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with local markets to identify cross-selling opportunities and support the growth of the business.
- Contribute to client delivery by managing project delivery quality assurance, engagement risk, and project economics.
- Enable a global human capital consulting team to deliver value based on expertise in areas such as leader/team development, behavioral science, and culture transformation.
- Contribute to team development through coaching/mentoring, and by supporting recruiting activities and onboarding.
- Proven Delivery - Consistently demonstrated successful high-quality project delivery/leadership including large and complex engagements
- Business Acumen - Strong financial acumen with experience managing solution P&Ls, sales pipelines and performance metrics.
- Sales Leadership- Demonstrated ability to drive growth through high-impact solution offerings and cross-functional team leadership. Requires expertise and credibility to influence across our global footprint. Has experience supporting sales efforts including driving complex proposal creation, SOW creation, CSA/NDA navigation
- Grow Expertise- Credible expert with inspirational stage speaking and media ready representative. Ability to craft compelling written thought leadership.
- Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and experience managing indirect reporting relationships
