Email Marketing Specialist

Veracode’s Growth Marketing Team is looking for a B2B Email Marketing Strategist to create and execute email engagement programs to fuel the Sales pipeline. You will work cross functionally and think strategically to execute, monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to nurture interest and assist intenders through their journey.

What you'll do

  • Oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns including coordination of copy, assets, QA and scheduling
  • Support strategic programs vis manual and triggered campaigns across buyer’s journey including prospecting, nurture, post-purchase education, retention, product expansion and win-back campaigns
  • Set-up tracking and monitoring of campaign performance and provide campaign performance reports and it’s relation to revenue pipeline
  • Manage and execute email marketing calendar to ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts and internal stakeholder visibility
  • Monitor frequency of database touchpoints to minimize churn
  • Project manage campaign execution by working with internal teams including Marketing Operations, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, BDR, Digital Marketing and Sales Enablement teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to define campaign/program metrics and KPI’s, and measure performance against goals to inform recommendations for optimization
  • Identify trends and email marketing strategies from other leading global brands and subject matter experts to glean insights and best practices and new ways to improve programs through technology, tools, and partners
  • Maintain database health, including audits of our acquisition, nurture and retention and make recommendations for programs that will impact the sales funnel in future quarters

What you need

  • Proven experience managing email marketing programs and hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledgeable of email regulations, best practices and compliance internationally (GDPR, Public Sector, etc)
  • Confidently work cross-functionally with teams leading CRM, marketing automation and data reporting programs initiatives (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, PowerBI)
  • Excellent organizational skills, resourceful, and collaborative with high standards for quality and accuracy
  • Proficient in data analytics and communicating results across the organization
  • Positive, high-energy teammates preferred for our fast paced and innovative environment
  • Bachelors preferred
