As the Senior Scrum Master, you will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations, and will work directly with our delivery and development teams to improve and optimize agile development processes within the ZoomInfo Revenue Operations group. The Scrum Master will provide effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership and coaching skills supporting the agile development process. You will collaborate between revenue operations team members, process monitoring team, development teams, and deployment teams on requirements, priorities and continuous process improvement.

The responsibilities of this opportunity include:

  • Lead agile teams through the process of becoming self-organized, empowered, and encourage continuous improvement

  • Ensure the revenue operations team members are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility across the organization stakeholders that we partner with, including our business technologies, enterprise date architecture, and enterprise architecture teams

  • Partner with the revenue operations team to develop and document agile-based documentation supporting standards, tools and best practices

  • Responsible for scheduling and facilitating scrum ceremonies with the revenue operations teams and technologies team to ensure that work is being reviewed & completed in accordance to the agreement upon timelines (ongoing stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, etc)

  • Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal, facilitate discussion and conflict resolution

  • Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs

  • Prepare metrics to communicate agile team maturity, velocity trends, burndown rate, etc.

  • Maintain and lead awareness of industry best practices and relevant technologies

  • High degree of responsibility and ownership

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a ScrumMaster, experience in B2B or SaaS required

  • Scrum Certification required

  • Practical experience with both Kanban and Scrum methodologies

  • Experience in coaching and leading teams new to agile

  • Practical experience with Jira and Confluence highly preferred

  • Experience working with agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects for a large enterprise

  • Experience with communicating status and updates to leadership and stakeholders

  • Ability to oversee multiple complex project deliveries in parallel

  • Managing teams across multiple time zones

  • Salesforce technology expertise and/or certifications preferred

  • Highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment

  • Experience working with sales, marketing or recruiting software users preferred

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Highly self-motivated, mission-driven, and organized
