  • Continue to develop and implement a suite of accounting policies and the related governance processes.

  • Direct and manage the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives, especially within SEC Reporting and technical accounting realms.

  • Respond to ad-hoc inquiries, spearhead relevant projects, and drive research initiatives.

  • Facilitate training on pertinent accounting topics to company personnel.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with SEC reporting (Regulation S-X and S-K) and in-depth preparation of financial statements and footnotes of public entities.

  • At least 6+ years of pertinent experience; a blend of prominent public accounting firm exposure and industry experience is highly advantageous.

  • Exceptional command over US GAAP and SEC regulations, coupled with a thorough grasp of financial reporting obligations.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to mentor, guide, and nurture a high-performing team.

  • Resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, coupled with an adeptness to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.

  • Stellar interpersonal and communication acumen, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.
