The Senior Manager, Revenue Technology is a hands-on leader, responsible for managing all aspects of the revenue technology platforms utilized internally, including the administration and quality of those platforms. They will lead the Revenue Technology team that supports the Tier 2 revenue systems in the CRO organization.

Primary Duties:

  1. Define, execute, and refine the revenue technology team strategy, including established KPIs and operational cadences.
  2. Build and implement the revenue technology team’s strategic roadmap and work with organization leadership to collaborate on delivery of the aligned roadmap.
  3. Ensure that all software programs used by the revenue technology team meet the internal architectural, design, and development standards.
  4. Gain in-depth knowledge of internal operations and provide guidance on the revenue technology that should be utilized and manage implementations for all new technologies.
  5. Manage the revenue technology team in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design and defining support procedures for the team to utilize.
  6. Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  7. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant GTM systems/Revenue Systems experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup
  • Demonstrated collaboration and problem solving skills

The US base salary range for this position is $136,800 to $171,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
